With Impact Insurance, we’ll repair or replace your wakeboard following any accident that results in catastrophic mechanical breakdown. The $199 Impact Insurance deductible will cover any new Humanoid wakeboard for up to 24 months (the term of your industry leading two-year Humanoid wakeboard manufacturing warranty).

Your questions about Impact Insurance coverage.
Impact Insurance covers everything NOT covered by our manufacturer warranties. So you would be covered in the event of:
- Catastrophic damage resulting from misuse, abuse, impact (this includes concrete, rocks, ramps, boxes, rails) or neglect
- Catastrophic damage resulting from improper mounting of boots or the use of incorrect mounting hardware.
- Catastrophic damage resulting from improper mounting of wakeboard boots or use of the incorrect locks, bolts, or mounting hardware
- Catastrophic damage from mounting Humanoid boots to NON-HUMANOID wakeboards
- Catastrophic damage due to improper storage and handling of the product in board racks.
- Catastrophic damage from normal wear and tear
- Catastrophic damage from natural causes, such as hurricanes, tornadoes, floods and storms (“Acts of God”).
- Catastrophic damage caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship.
A few events that would NOT be covered under Impact Insurance.
- wakeboards from other brands
- wakeboards not purchased directly from this website
- Cosmetic issues such as discolored graphics, top sheet dents, or damage from excess sun exposure
Yes, we limit replacements or repairs to 1 every 12 months.
If you live in the USA, we’ll cover your shipping cost to and from the replacement and repair center. If you live outside the USA, there is a $100 USD fee in addition to your deductible.
Impact Insurance deductible is $199. This covers 1 replacement or repair.
We know our products best. With a dedicated support team, we can give you exact instructions on the best course of action. We can’t repair damage caused from sun exposure or topsheet dents. ‘Catastrophic damage‘ would include damage done to the board to make it unrideable. Typically, these are accidents that damage, rip, or tear any material aspects of the base and/or sidewall.
